How to use Google

                                                                            What is Google Drive?

Google Drive is a free service provided by Google. Thanks to it we can store our documents, Photos, Videos, Music, or other files on your Google virtual drive. We are confident that what is there is safe and we will always have access to these files through your Google account. You can access the drive from any device such as a PC, tablet or phone In any place for us.                                                                               What you can get?

The basic version of Google Drive gives us 15GB space on the disk. We can increase this limit to 100GB, 1TB and much more after paying for that. Google Drive allows us share selected files to other people allowing them downloading these file or watching. We can with the family or friends share photos or videos after your journey. We can also work together with colleagues on the joint project.

                                                                      How to get access for that?

Step 1: Establishment Google Drive account.

We go to the Google Drive page and assume a Google account.

If you have a Google account just log in.

Step 2: Page Home.        

Displays We have a panel management drive. On the left we have bar that allows us to do a lot things. From creating your own folders drive by backing up our computers, tablets or phones.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Manage your account and Google Drive features.

In this step I will show you the basic things which you can use. At the top of the page is a search engine. Thanks we can quickly search our drive and find the files you need. On the left there is a bar features that we can choose:

• My drive- When you right-click we can create a new folder, add any files or sync our drive with other apps from Google,

• Computers- This feature allows us to sync your computer with disk, which will allow you to consistent save selected files in case our computer suddenly stops working,

• Shared with me- Here are all the files that other users have made available for us

​

​

​

​

• Recent- Under this tab are the most recently viewed files by us, for example from the previous day or few months ago,

​

​

​

​

• Google Photos- Allows us to create a separate folder to keep photos and videos in it, which helps us to easily allocate space on our disk,

​

​

​

• Starred- This tab contains all the files which we tick as important,

​

​

​

​

• Bin- Here are all the files we've found unnecessary.
